Magda Krych is a PMP-accredited Learning and Development Project Manager with Dollar General, specializing in creating innovative training programs and driving organizational change. With experience across healthcare, technology, construction, retail, and manufacturing, she brings expertise in learning and development, communications, and project management.

A former ATD Nashville board member and active participant in Toastmasters International, Magda is passionate about empowering teams and fostering growth. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in English Literature from Tennessee Technological University and Tennessee State University, and a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University.
