What is the event schedule?

The event kicks off on April 25, 2025, at 1:30 PM, with registration starting at 1 PM. On Saturday it is starting on April 26, at 9:30 AM with registration and check-in starting at 9 AM.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available at a discounted rate of $15.00 per day, including same-day in-and-out privilege.  Please stop by the conference registration desk to pick up your special parking ticket, granting complimentary same-day parking access.

Parking Validation Process:

- Upon your first visit, bring your initial parking ticket to the venue to receive a $15 validation sticker.

- For subsequent visits, bring both your previous ticket with the $15 sticker and your new parking ticket to receive another validation sticker.

- Please note that the discount cannot be applied retroactively.

We kindly remind attendees that we are not responsible for parking in incorrect garages. The validation discount is applicable only for parking at the Hilton Hotel each day.

What should I bring to the event?

We recommend bringing a notepad for taking notes, business cards for networking opportunities, and your parking ticket for parking validation.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee with prior written approval.

Will the event be recorded or streamed online?

At this time, the event is in-person only to create the best networking experience possible.
